Our team deliver full estimating and tendering services for our clients which include main contractors/developers & sub-contractors. With over 15 years experiences working in the construction industry assisting various sub-contractors who specialise in joinery; shop-fitters, bricklayers; decorators & plasterers. This can be particularly beneficial when sourcing sub-contractors for main contractors whilst tendering for medium – large scale projects.
To begin the process of estimating we require the necessary drawings submitted by the architect/client with a deadline and in return, we will prepare a fixed quotation. The estimate will consist of a detailed breakdown of materials & labour – this will also include any qualifications or potential risks we believe should be addressed.
If the drawings are large in quantity, intricate design/specification please advise from the first available opportunity to give us the best chance of achieving the deadline especially if time is of the essence. We operate a total transparent culture and prefer to be upfront in all aspects to be realistic and manage expectations, we always give 100%.
Prices start from as little as £200 for a micro residential extension.
